Cheesemaker to transform its business to the cloud with Netsuite ERP

La Casa Del Formaggio

Renowned South Australian cheesemaker La Casa Del Formaggio, famous for its Bocconcini, has recently signed up to Netsuite ERP. After running a thorough RFP process to determine the best possible solution for their requirements, La Casa decided upon Netsuite mid market manufacturing (MME) and to partner with local Netsuite solution partner Cloud Culture. Finding their existing disparate IT systems were not keeping up with their continued growth, the process of selecting an ERP solution to move the company forward was driven by La Casa CFO, Sean Pearce.

“We embarked on the process to select an ERP solution that could not only drive efficiency gains through our business, but could scale in line with our future growth plans”, said Mr Pearce. “With the scale and complexity at which La Casa now operates, we have outgrown our existing disparate IT systems”.

La Casa Del Formaggio made the decision to partner with local Netsuite solution provider, Cloud Culture, who have significant expertise in food and agribusiness. “Having relevant industry experience, from the outset we really felt Cloud Culture understood our business and being local too was a real positive for us”, said Mr Pearce. “Given some of the Cloud Culture team had previously been on the client side of Netsuite, the insight they were able to bring was invaluable for us”. With the project implementation already well under way, the Cloud Culture team are delighted to be deep into the project and partnering with La Casa.

“La Casa Del Formaggio is a highly regarded brand in SA and we are very excited to be working with Sean and the La Casa team”, said Andrew Pettinella, Cloud Culture Director. “We are super focussed on implementing Netsuite MME for La Casa and we look forward to partnering with them for the long term”, said Mr Pettinella.

As well as implementing Netsuite ERP, La Casa Del Formaggio are expanding their manufacturing capacity at their Glynde site, which will come on line end of September 2017. “Having an implementation partner with practical experience and a pragmatic approach has given us the confidence to drive both projects and maintain focus on delivering for our customers. We are looking forward to delivering two major projects which will help us to continue to deliver great quality, value and service”, said Mr Pearce.
