Our managed Services are available to all NetSuite clients, even if Cloud Culture didn’t do your system implementation
We use Teamwork Desk to manage and communicate on tickets. Account Managers will also have the ability to login and see ticket progress on all users of your organisation.

Although our core support operates during Australian work hours, our clients get the owners mobile numbers for afterhours emergencies. We also have staff based in US time zones.
